Shutters: 3-year warranty for manufacturing errors and paint discolouration; following registration on the warranty website, this is extended to 4 years.
Blinds: 3-year warranty for manufacturing errors and paint discolouration. Following registration on the website, this is extended to 4 years.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Damage as a result of an accident, incorrect use or day-to-day wear is excluded from the warranty.

Child safety warning: our products comply with all child safety requirements. The breaking free and reattachment of chains and cords, and the replacement of a cord or chain cut by the child-safe hanger system are not covered by the warranty.
